Top 2013 lineman will visit BC

Brad Henson just got back from an unofficial visit to Penn State and while the Toms River (N.J.) Monsignor Donovan lineman doesn't have any other trips scheduled he's planning to be on the road a lot for the rest of this fall.
Henson's visit schedule is so hectic but the 6-foot-5, 275-pound offensive guard in the 2013 class wants to see all the schools showing interest in him so he can get a better feel for where his recruitment is headed.

"I don't have anything planned right now," Henson said. "It's something we're doing last minute because I don't know how things are going to fall with my football schedule but I know I'm definitely going down to Tennessee, Rutgers, Boston College, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Central Florida and Florida.
"We're trying to go to all of them. I've been invited to all of them so I'm going to try to get to all of them. I want to go see everywhere so I know where I'd fit in best and what I like best. I want to get started on it early."
Boston College is one of many schools on that list - and there might be some issue that the Eagles will get lost in the mix - but that doesn't seem like the case. Henson has a lot of interest in Boston College mainly because of his relationship with offensive line coach Sean Devine.
Henson did one-day camps at Boston College and Rutgers this summer and his workout with Devine has definitely stuck in his head.
"They're recruiting me pretty hard," Henson said of the Eagles.
"I like BC a lot so it's going very well. The coaching staff is just great. I get along great with the o-line coach and it's a great school academically."
Many schools are in contention for Henson, who lists early offers from Boston College, Rutgers and Central Florida and after his weekend visit to Penn State the Nittany Lions might not be far behind.
"The thing was there were a lot of kids there and they didn't really have a lot of time to talk to anyone but they sat down with me and my parents and they made it very clear they want me there for the next few years," Henson said.
