Setback For Harris

Montel Harris will have to at least temporarily halt his quest to be the all-time leading rusher in the ACC.
After Wednesday night's scrimmage, Boston College coach Frank Spaziani disclosed that Harris will be out 3-4 weeks after getting his knee scoped on Wednesday morning.

The problem for Harris started after practice this week. The running back noticed swelling in his knee and told coaches that it didn't feel right. Harris got an MRI and it was decided he should have his knee scoped.
"I was very concerned about Montel in January and I was very concerned about him in spring ball. I was feeling a little bit better when he was feeling better and I was telling you guys he looked like his old self. Now I'm very concerned again. And I feel bad for the kid, because he's concerned, obviously," said Spaziani.
Andre Williams, Tahj Kimble, and Rolandan Finch will all get an opportunity to step-up for Harris. Williams saw the bulk of the action with the 1st team on Wednesday night.
Harris is not the only player who's hurting right now. The following is an injury update on some key players:
-Colin Larmond is expected to practice Friday or Saturday. The team is being cautious after Larmond had a little irritation and swelling in his knee.
-Nate Richman is day to day with a back injury. He was on the field without pads on Wednesday morning.
-Mark Spinney is expected back on Friday
-Donnie Fletcher left Wednesday's scrimmage with a back injury after a collision with Bobby Swigert. It's unknown if he will miss any injury time.
