Sean Ryan down to four

High three-star receiver Sean Ryan of Brooklyn (N.Y.) Erasmus Hall narrowed his list of schools under consideration to four on Monday evening.

Boston College is still in the mix.

Ryan visited the Heights not long ago and it's not clear whether he would be a take for BC at this point, but there's no doubting that he has major interest in the Eagles, and all indications are that BC has some degree of interest in him.

Ryan tweeted that his favorites are Temple, Rutgers, Boston College and Purdue.

However, in that same tweet Ryan indicated that his recruitment is still open, so that list should be read more as a snapshot of who he likes right now rather than a firm set of finalists.

Ryan is ranked the No. 4 prospect in New York and he has been on BC's radar for many months. EagleAction.com was told in the past two weeks that his recent trip to the Heights went very well.
