Robbins has interest in Eagles

Forestville (Md.) Bishop McNamara always seems to be home to a good number of football prospects and this year is no exception. Defensive end Kevin Robbins is one of the best of the bunch and the Eagles are in the mix.
Boston College is just one of many schools that have offered the 6-foot-4, 235-pound defensive end.

He has visited some schools already but he has never been to Boston College. This weekend he cited BC as one of two schools that he really wants to check out.
"I really want to get to Boston College and Wake Forest at some point," Robbins said. "Those are the two I really want to get to before school ends.
"It's tough to visit a lot of schools because I have finals coming up but I'm going to be busy in the coming months."
With offers from Georgia Tech, Iowa, Michigan State, Ole Miss, NC State, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia, among others, it's already a heated battle for Robbins.
BC's only chance is to really impress him on the visit whenever he takes it.
Why is he so intent on making it up to BC?
"I just like how I'm being recruited by them," Robbins said. "The defensive line coach, Coach Washington, he seems like a good guy. He's really pushing for me to come up to Boston College. i really want to get a chance to go up there. I want to take a look at their facilities and see how their defensive ends play, what their team is like and how they see me fitting in."
Robbins said he hasn't trimmed his list yet and he's not sure when that will happen.
"I really don't know when I'll start narrowing things down," he admitted. "It will really just happen on the fly. I don't have any favorites yet."
