North Carolina OG has BC offer

It was recently reported on some quarters of the internet that Boston College had just offered Dmitri Emmanuel.
Turns out, Emmanuel does have an offer from BC, but it happened a long time ago.
The 6-foot-3, 290-pound offensive lineman told EagleAction.com early this week that Boston College offered "a couple of months ago."
"I actually haven't talked to them all that much recently," the three-star Class of 2017 lineman continued.
"That offer was kind of out of the blue," he added.
The BC coaches first started showing interest during the springtime. Recruiter Al Washington was making the rounds in North Carolina, one of his recruiting areas, and he stopped by Waxhaw (N.C.) Marvin Ridge, where Emmanuel attends school.
Emmanuel said he's not 100-percent sure when exactly the Eagles offered, but he clarified that it was closer to the springtime than anytime recently.
"I'm not too familiar with the school," he said of Boston College. "But I've been trying to get up there for a game. I just haven't been able to travel."
North Carolina, Wake Forest, Notre Dame, East Carolina, Florida State, West Virginia and Virginia are among the other schools recruiting Emmanuel.
