Eagles tracking Jersey ATH

Boston College had been in regular contact with Rashad Kinlaw, a talented athlete out of Galloway (N.J.) Absegami, but that was before all of the coaching shakeups.
Kinlaw has been waiting patiently for an offer from the Eagles and he's still hoping one comes.

Since all of the coaching changes at Boston College the contact has dropped off a little bit. That's to be expected and Kinlaw is willing to continue to wait to see where things go.
"I haven't talked to them much recently but I had been in pretty steady contact with them. My recruiting coach changed so we'll see what happens," Kinlaw explained.
"I visited Boston College for the junior day and I thought it was real good. We saw the whole campus. We saw the older structures and the newer buildings. We took something like a train around downtown Boston and got to see part of the city. I thought that was good."
Most schools, including Boston College, have been recruiting Kinlaw as an athlete or a defensive back more specifically. Some, like Ohio State and Temple, have mentioned the possibility of allowing him to play quarterback.
Rutgers it the only school to offer to date so the Scarlet Knights are obviously in a strong position.
In addition to his January trip to BC he has been to a couple of other schools lately.
"Two weeks ago I went to Penn State and last week I came back from Maryland," he said.
"Penn State went real good. They want me to come back up there in June for a camp. Same thing with Maryland. They want me to come back in the summer."
Kinlaw said he will probably visit Notre Dame at the end of this month. He noted that South Carolina has also been sending him mail.
The New Jersey junior concluding by saying he doesn't have any favorites yet.
