Cocoa (Fla.) 2025 wide receiver Jayvan Boggs didn’t see an offer from West Virginia coming this early in the process but he’s certainly glad that it did.

Boggs, 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, already held offers from Boston College, South Florida and some others but to say that the Mountaineers scholarship came as a surprise would be an accurate statement.
