2013 tight end set to visit BC

Nathan Marcus is one of the top tight ends in the Midwest and the 2013 prospect has already picked up two early offers.
Those offers are from Boston College and Toledo, and while Marcus doesn't know much about the Eagles yet he says he will find out more very soon.

"Boston College offered me in mid-December," Marcus said. "They came to my school and then they told me about the offer by phone. I knew it was coming from what my coach told me.
"Mostly it's been Coach Dave Brock that has recruited me. I haven't heard too much but I do know that it's a great academic school. I don't know much yet.
"I'm going to Boston College in February for an unofficial visit."
Over the summer Marcus camped at Michigan State and Vanderbilt.
"Other than those camps I haven't taken any visits," he added.
The 6-foot-5, 210-pound tight end from Glen Ellyn (Ill.) Glenbard West is keeping an open mind but admits an in-state school has a slight early edge.
"The only real place that would have an advantage would be Illinois because my parents went there and my sister goes there," he explained. "The location makes it close enough for my parents to come watch."
