Top tight end planning BC visit

Andrew Isaacs camped with some Manchester, Conn., teammates at Boston College this summer and the 2013 tight end is planning a return trip on Thursday to watch the Eagles practice.
It's an important visit for Isaacs, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound prospect, especially since Boston College has already offered. He'll be watching things closely because Isaacs said he realizes it could be him out on that field in a few years.

Thursday should be a big day for him.
"Going there is going to be a big thing," Isaacs said. "It's going to be a big help because I'll see what they're doing and I'll see what I might be getting myself into a couple years from now.
"It was good up there this summer. It was me and nine other teammates and we all went up there and it went really well. I did well individually and we did great as a team too."
Isaacs already has offers from Boston College and Connecticut and said mainly Rutgers and Maryland are showing him interest. Iowa, Penn State and Stanford are also on his Rivals.com list.
A return trip to Chestnut Hill on Thursday is a big deal and Isaacs said he's excited not only to watch the practice - which is the most important part - but to also chat with the coaching staff again.
This summer Isaacs had a chance to meet with coach Frank Spaziani, assistant coach Dave Brock and some others and Isaacs is anticipating that things will go well again when they talk around practice time.
"I'm really excited," Isaacs said. "We went there for camp this summer and it was really good over there. I like it over there a lot.
"I met coach Brock and he's really cool. I met coach Spaziani and he's a really nice guy. I met all the coaches and they're really nice up there. I like BC a lot. I'm excited to see them practice."
