"I'm still waiting," Taylor said. "I don't feel ready yet."

Boston College is one of the top schools for Taylor, a 6-foot, 165-pound recruit who's rated as the No. 93 wide receiver in the 2013 class by Rivals.com.
Taylor said the Boston College coaches have made it clear that spots are filling up fast but the Florida standout doesn't want to rush things before he's ready.
"They're still one of my top schools," Taylor said.
"They really want me to commit and Wake Forest does and other schools like Houston, Cincinnati and UCF do too but I'm just sitting back and waiting. I like all those schools and I want to talk to them as much as I can but I don't feel ready yet."
Taylor has discussed his situation with Boston College assistant coach Sean Desai and it's been made clear waiting might run a risk. It's something Taylor seems intent on doing moving forward.
"My recruiting coach, coach Desai, we have a really good relationship," Taylor said.
"He knows we have a tough decision but they said they don't wait on guys. They're going to take commitments and when they get their guys they're going to shut it down. I don't know if I was ready for all that yet."
The three-star wants to play the recruiting process out further which means possibly taking some visits during the season before committing.
"I kind of want to play it out," Taylor said.
"I hope these schools are still open when I'm ready. I'd like to take a few official visits during the season and then find the best school and make my decision. I hope that spot is still open at that time."
