Hubbard taking his time in the recruiting process

When it comes to the college recruiting process, Cincinnati Moeller junior Sam Hubbard will have more decisions to make than most high school prospects. He can play a number of positions at the next level - schools are talking to him about safety, linebacker, and defensive end - he has numerous college options including some of the Midwest's power programs, and he even plays multiple high school sports in which he has Division I potential.

Hubbard is committed to play lacrosse at the University of Notre Dame as a two-way midfielder, but the college options in football have started to open his eyes a bit. Moeller coach John Rodenberg got the word out, and immediately schools came calling.
