Dobbs high on Arkansas offer

Arkansas offensive coordinator Paul Petrino has been very selective when it comes to offering quarterbacks this spring, but he added a new name to the list on Thursday after checking out Joshua Dobbs in Alpharetta (Ga.).

As a junior last fall, Dobbs threw for 31 touchdowns and led the state of Georgia in regular season passing yards last fall with 3,113. He had already received offers from the likes of Arizona State, Boston College, Mississippi State and several others, and is also wanted by a number of prestigious academic institutions such as Harvard, Duke, Yale and Princeton.

The 6-3, 190-pound signal caller was excited to add another SEC offer to the mix after speaking with Petrino Thursday evening...
