Some things never change at Boston College. Coach Al Skinner has led the Eagles to the NCAA Tournament in seven of the last nine seasons, but his program never seems to get the benefit of the doubt. Despite returning four starters to a team which beat North Carolina and Duke last season, Boston College was picked ninth in the ACC Preseason Media Poll.
