After the disappointing 4-1 loss in Vermont to open the season, Boston College needed a big-time response against a big-time opponent in Notre Dame. The Eagles got just that, defeating the then number 9/10 Fighting Irish, 3-2. Now, number 12/13 BC returns home to Conte Forum this weekend for the first regular season home game as Merrimack heads into town, currently on a four-game winning streak. The two teams play Friday at Conte and Sunday at Lawler Arena at Merrimack.
