New QB on the board?
With the loss of embattled veteran Casey Pachall due to off-the-field issues, the seeming slower-than-expected development and recent injury woes of redshirt freshman Trevone Boykin and overall lack of depth at the position, there is no reason why TCU shouldn't be looking to take a quarterback in the class of 2013.
Enter East Los Angeles College's Aaron Cantu.
The 6-foot-3, 215 pound pro-style quarterback, originally from Montibello (Calif.) Schurr, completed 68 percent of his passes and threw for 2,269 yards and 22 TDs in 10 games last season and has just the right size physique and arm that would fit in nicely in the Big 12.
The TCU coaching staff seems to feel the same way...
